A Peaceful Pro-Palestine Protest at Columbus Circle

Pro-Israel and pro-Palestine protests, rallies continue in New York.

Pro-Palestine protesters want “Free Gaza”, “Free Palestine” and “Cease Fire”.

This protest held on 16 December at Columbus Circle was one of the protests that took place that day in different parts of New York.

I arrived rather late. The police officers standing there said: “The protest is over.”

I asked: “How was it? Bid, small? Any conflicts, any arrests ?”

“It was very peaceful, no arrests!” they answered.

It was a prayer time. Protesters, who wanted to join to pray, prayed in front of Deutsche Bank Center, an upscale shopping mall, and more…
